How large is the work area and how many people fit?▾
With over 40% more usable area than an 8x24, it holds 8 people. Many clients prefer to add a private office for a separate room, and two air conditioners for maximum comfort. You can also add a half bathroom or a second access door. It is your call.
What climate capacity does the unit have?▾
A 12,000 BTU mini-split, enough to keep a comfortable temperature across the whole work area. We recommend adding a second mini-split if you go with a private office.
Do I need a special permit to transport it?▾
In Mexico you do not need a special dimensional permit, since the unit sits well within the legal limits set by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT).
Can the unit be moved within the same job site?▾
Of course. That is the advantage of owning a mobile office.
