Privacy Notice

OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM, with its address at Agua Azul #107, Colonia San Juan de Guadalupe, C.P. 78384, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico, is responsible for collecting your personal data, for the use made of it, and for its protection.

In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”) and its Regulations, we ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions contained in this Privacy Notice (the “Notice”), as it sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the Personal Data collected by OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM, should you give your consent. Your personal information will be used to provide the services and products you have requested, to inform you of changes to them, and to evaluate the quality of the service we provide.

As a normal part of its activities, and in accordance with its lawful corporate purpose, OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM in some cases collects and stores information considered Personal Data under the Law and is therefore subject to it. The Personal Data you provide to the Data Controller, or that is generated through your visits to the OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM site, will vary in each specific case depending on your activities on the site, and will be the following:

• A. If you submit comments through the contact form: when you use this feature, only the following Personal Data will be collected and stored: a) General Data: full name (as you provide it), your email address, your phone number, your company name, the product you are interested in, the city or project, and any other data you enter in the comments. In all cases, you are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the Personal Data collected, since you are the one who has access to your social media profiles and who enters your nickname.
• B. In all cases, when you access the OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM Site, data will be collected through Cookies and Web Beacons. These collect your IP address, browser type and operating system, the web pages you visit, your browsing and consumption habits and patterns, the links you follow, and the site you visited before entering ours. A user profile is created from all of the Personal Data mentioned above and is used for the purposes described below.

Sensitive Personal Data. OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM does not collect Sensitive Personal Data.

Your Personal Data will be used and processed for the purposes listed exhaustively below:

A. Primary purposes. a) If you fill in the contact form, to contact you, answer your questions, and put forward a proposal or a possible business relationship based on your needs or those of the company you represent.

B. Secondary purposes.

• a) To identify, locate, communicate with and contact you, to send you information, and for statistical and scientific use (metrics analysis);
• b) To carry out, directly or through its affiliates or any third party, studies on the interests, behaviour and demographics of Data Subjects, in order to better understand their needs and interests and to offer better news services;
• c) To improve our commercial initiatives and strategies;
• d) To analyse the web pages visited and the searches made by Data Subjects, and to improve our offering of content and articles, including its personalisation, presentation, scheduling and services;
• e) To send information by email about relevant news or events.

OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM will not transfer your Personal Data without your consent, although it may use it for purposes that depend on third parties, such as statistics and sending newsletters, without any transfer of that Data taking place. If you do not consent to your personal data being transferred under the terms set out in this privacy notice, you may request so through your support account.

Your Personal Data will be handled for an indefinite period from the date you provided it to the Data Controller, and you may of course object at any time you see fit, for the purposes of its blocking and cancellation. Once you deliver your Personal Data to the Data Controller by any means, we inform you that it will be kept in a CRM system within the site’s own records, access to which will be limited to the Data Controller alone. Your personal data will at all times be processed lawfully and in observance of the principles of Lawfulness, Consent, Information, Quality, Purpose, Loyalty, Proportionality and Accountability, in compliance with the Law.

Any questions about this Notice, about your Personal Data and its processing, or about how to exercise the rights described below can be answered by phone at 444 188 1208 and 444 134 5503, Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm on business days, as applicable. You will at all times have access to your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data, whether to request its rectification or cancellation, to object to its processing, or to revoke your consent, in accordance with the Law (the “ARCO Rights”), in writing or electronically. Your request should be addressed to OFICINAS MÓVILES JORAM, or sent to the email address oficinasmoviles@joram.com.mx. Your request must be accompanied by the following:

• a. A photograph or scan of your official photo identification bearing your handwritten signature or, if you act on behalf of someone else, also a copy of the notarised power of attorney and/or one registered with the corresponding Public Registry and, where applicable, the articles of incorporation.
• b. A scan or photograph of proof of address.

In your request you must:

• i) State your name or company name and provide a physical address for the delivery of the response, communications, documentation and replies;
• ii) Tell us which Personal Data you wish to access, or wish to have rectified, cancelled or reviewed, or whether you wish to object to its processing or revoke your consent;
• iii) State whether you know or remember the purpose for which you provided it and the name of the Data Controller to whom you gave it; and
• iv) Set out your request clearly, respectfully and concisely, and provide any other information or document that would help locate your Personal Data.

The Data Controller will have twenty days from receipt of the request to resolve it or to ask you for more information. If your request is upheld, because you have proven your identity and your Personal Data could be found in our database, it will be carried out within no more than fifteen days. The Data Controller will keep you informed of the process whenever you ask. The response and access to your Data, as well as supporting documents, may be delivered to you, after verification of your identity and/or legal standing, through copies certified by the company and its legal representative, electronic documents, or plain copies. Whenever the request is made electronically, preference will be given to electronic means for sending replies and resolutions.

Should the Data Controller need to use your Personal Data for purposes other than those set out in this Privacy Notice, it will contact you in writing, by phone, electronically, or by any optical, sound, visual or other means that technology allows now or in the future, and will explain the new uses it intends to make of that information in order to obtain your consent.
